Columbia Youth Lacrosse is a Missouri nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with the legal name of Mid Missouri Lacrosse League, organized under the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Law. Pursuant to the Mid Missouri Lacrosse League articles of incorporation and bylaws, the affairs of the league are managed by the board of directors of the league.
