Columbia Lions Lacrosse

Developing Lacrosse in Mid-Missouri

Columbia Youth Lacrosse (also known as the Mid-Missouri Lacrosse League) is a non-profit organization dedicated to growing the sport of lacrosse for girls and boys from kindergarten through 8th grade. We offer clinics, practices, and playing opportunities to help develop young athletes in the Columbia, MO area.

TryLax Clinics – Come Give Lacrosse a Try!

Curious about lacrosse? Join our FREE TryLax Clinics and discover one of the fastest-growing sports in the country! Whether you're brand new to the game or just want to see what it's all about, these fun, beginner-friendly sessions are the perfect way to get started.


Clinic Dates:

Thursday, August 20 – 6:00 PM

Sunday, August 23 – 10:00 AM

Thursday, August 27 – 6:00 PM


Location: Gans Creek Recreation Area


No registration required. No equipment needed. Just wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle—we'll provide everything else!


Come meet our coaches and players, learn the basics, and see why lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing youth sports. We can't wait to see you on the field!

There is a lot of lacrosse played in mid-Missouri!

Mizzou (men's and women's club), Columbia College (NAIA men), William Woods (NAIA men), Columbia High School girls (club), and Rock Bridge High School boys (club) all have lacrosse programs.
